Schedule

6:30 AM – 8:30 AM – Monday through Friday

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Monday through Friday

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM – Monday through Friday

9:00 AM - 10:00 PM - Saturday - Boxing and Conditioning

• Fifteen 3 minute rounds of high intensity weight training mixed with        

   intermittent bouts of cardio

• Some sessions will offer one on one training

• Different circuits constructed each day

• All programs are month to month

• Availability to over 20 sessions per month
