ERNIE GROFF
I am an Alumni of Clarion University. Since graduating in 1997, I have been involved with personal training. Certified by the International Sports Medicine Association, I have gained over 20,000 hours worth of experience in Personal Training Management. As a result of this I learned what it takes to run a successful training team.
One of my favorite sayings is "Your success is our success." What I mean by that is the results of each client goes far beyond the confines of our doors. We have numerous success stories of over 100 lbs of weight loss, it is safe to say that I am focused on changing lives everyday.
The KEYS 2 FITNESS are what I live!
